First of all if you feel irritated and many spots are making way out on your skin you have to cool it down. I also feel you because I am experiencing it too. There are so many ways to cool the body, you can take a shower, make a fresh fruit cold juice or even go to colder place like below a tree. You should also wear some cotton clothes so that your skin could also breath do not wear loongsleeve if it is not needed. It is advisable that you sleep longer as you can and do not stress yourself because if you are stress there will be another red spots coming out all throughout your body.
